Grand Marshal Nominations

• The Lemont Keepataw Day Committee is seeking nominations for Grand Marshal of the 72nd Keepataw Day Parade.
• This year's parade theme is “Neighbors Helping Neighbors," which showcases Lemont's spirit of togetherness, where residents value each other's well-being and step up to lend a hand during times of need.
• In keeping with that theme, we seek nominations from individuals or groups and organizations.
• Individuals must live in and serve the Lemont community to be nominated.
• Volunteer groups and organizations must operate in and serve the Lemont community to be nominated.
• The Grand Marshal individual, group or organization must be available to participate in this year’s Keepataw Day Parade on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at 1 pm in downtown Lemont.
• To nominate an individual, group, or organization, please print this Grand Marshal Nomination Form, OR you can also pick up forms at the Lemont Public Library.
• Fill out the form and submit it to this email address:  [email protected] by July 20, 2025.
• OR mail it via U.S. Postal Service to Lemont Keepataw Day Parade, 38 Oak Lane, Lemont, IL 60439 by July 20, 2025.
