Vendor Applications Now Open for Lemont Keepataw Day Fun Fest Artisan Market!

Join us for the Lemont Keepataw Day Fun Fest on Sunday, August 31, 2025, from 2-7 pm. We are now accepting vendor applications for this exciting community event.

Vendor Space Details:

• Each approved vendor will receive two full parking spots (18 feet wide by 20 feet deep).
• There will be a 3-foot space between booths to allow easy customer access.
• Vendors must provide their own power, tents/canopies, and weights.
• The Village of Lemont requires all tents/canopies to be weighted at each corner with a minimum of 20 lbs. per weight. Vendors without proper weights will be required to obtain them or leave.

Application Deadlines & Fees:

• Now – June 1, 2025: $50 to secure a booth space.
• June 2 – July 1, 2025: $75 to secure a booth space.
• After July 15, 2025: Vendors who have not submitted both their application and payment will be removed from the vendor list.
• Artisans: We will accept applications for a waiting list.

Additional Information:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the event.
• Booth spaces are non-transferable and may not be shared without prior approval.
• Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
