Grand Marshal Nominations

  • The Lemont Keepataw Day Committee is seeking nominations for Grand Marshal of the 74th Annual Lemont Keepataw Day Parade.
  • This year’s parade theme, “We ❤️ Lemont,” celebrates the community’s deep connection to one another and the shared pride in the people, places, and spirit that make Lemont special.
  • In keeping with that theme, we seek nominations from individuals or groups and organizations.
  • Individuals must live in and serve the Lemont community to be nominated.
  • Volunteer groups and organizations must operate in and serve the Lemont community to be nominated.
  • The Grand Marshal, individual, group, or organization must be available to participate in this year’s Keepataw Day Parade on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at 1 pm (during Labor Day weekend) in downtown Lemont.
  • To nominate an individual, group, or organization, please print the Grand Marshal Nomination Form located below on this page.
  • Fill out the form and submit it to this email address:  [email protected] by August 1, 2026.
  • OR mail it via U.S. Postal Service to Lemont Keepataw Day Parade, 38 Oak Lane, Lemont, IL 60439 by August 1, 2026.
