​Join Us at Lemont Keepataw Day!

We’re excited to invite food vendors to participate in the Lemont Keepataw Day Parade and Fun Fest, one of the community’s most anticipated annual celebrations. This year’s event will take place on Sunday, September 6, 2026, following the 74th annual parade in historic downtown Lemont.

​The Fun Fest runs from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and attracts families, residents, and visitors from across the region. We’re looking for a diverse selection of food vendors to help create a vibrant and memorable experience for attendees.

  • Registration Fee: $150 per vendor space
  • Payment Deadline: July 31, 2026

  • Credit/Debit Card: Available through the online application.

  • Check: Payable to Lemont Keepataw Day and mailed to the address above.

  • ✅ Certificate of Insurance (including Village of Lemont and Lemont Keepataw Day as additionally insured)
  • ✅ Menu
  • ✅ Business Logo (optional but encouraged)
📋 Vendor Requirements

​To ensure a safe and successful event, all vendors must comply with the following:
  • Be fully set up and ready for Village of Lemont inspection by 11:15 AM.
  • Provide a valid business license from the county in which the vendor is registered.
  • Submit a Certificate of Insurance listing Village of Lemont and Lemont Keepataw Day as additionally insured.
  • Supply your menu and business logo for promotional purposes.
  • Provide your own power source; electrical service is not supplied.
  • Ensure booths and tents have a minimum of 20-pound weights on each leg.
  • Have a fire extinguisher on site.
  • Remove all trash from your assigned area.
  • No alcohol may be sold by food vendors.
  • Avoid duplication of menu items where possible to provide a diverse selection.
⚖️ Vendor Agreement

By submitting an application, vendors agree to comply with all festival guidelines and regulations. Lemont Keepataw Day reserves the right to review applications to ensure a diverse selection of food offerings. The organization is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather or other unforeseen events.
